A walk through home inspection is the fastest way to quickly evaluate the features of a property along with its pros and cons. Walk through inspections don’t replace the need for a complete home inspection.
Pricing & Report Delivery
The cost of a Walk Through Home Inspection is 0.50 USD / Square Meter, which makes it our most affordable package.
A Written Report can be provided upon request at an additional cost of 0.50 USD / Square Meter. This allows for further savings and a greater flexibility: if you have visited 3-4 properties but need a written report for only one of them, that’s exactly what you will pay for. For locations outside Municipio de Solidaridad a gasoline surcharge may apply.
Full payment must be received prior to the inspection.
